Wednesday 30th May Selections

STICKING TO OUR VOW

Despite significant late support for the Aidan O’Brien trained MAYBE who’s now as short as 9/4 favourite for the Investec Oaks on Friday we are sticking by VOW out of the Haggas yard after her impressive Lingfield trial. The way she quickened away that day despite showing major signs of greenness was so impressive. She has a devastating turn of foot and will surely be involved in the finish come Friday. We had a small piece of the 20/1 available before her run at Lingfield and she was immediately cut to 6/1 and that price was available right up until last night. It seems she is now best priced 5/1 this morning according to Oddschecker. (Photo – http://betting.stanjames.com/Horse-Racing-Betting-News/2012-05-12/Vow-cut-Oaks-after-impressive-win-Lingfield)

Good morning punters…!

It was good to get off to such a promising start on Monday landing the daily double and coming close to a full house on the lucky 15. We followed up yesterday hitting eleven winners on the day but unfortunately failed to land the daily double. The first part ran at Ripon in the 3.10 FORTIETH AND FIFTH and was saddled by Hayley Turner. She was squeezed for room and had to switch losing all momentum as Indepub and Amy Ryan skipped three or four lengths clear. Main Sequence was the nearest challenger under Tony Hamilton and he seized his opportunity. Hayley eventually found a gap and started to charge home but it was all too late and the race was lost. She came under heavy abuse on twitter for a shambles of a ride but this is horse racing and they are only human beings. Bound to make mistakes now and then and we are happy to forgive her on this occasion. Ripon is a stiff track and it can catch a lot of jockeys out who don’t do their homework. It was all the more frustrating as the second part of the daily double and probably the gamble of the day DELFT went in under Ryan Moore at Lingfield a little later. We finished the day round about evens and live to fight another day.

With six meetings ahead today it’s yet another busy one in the lead up to Epsom kicking off on Friday and it would be good to hit some form ahead of the Group 1 action. The day kicks off on the flat at Ayr complimented with two jumps meetings at Newton Abbot and Sedgefield. There are three evening meetings to contend with, two of which on the flat at Beverley and Folkestone and one jumps meeting over in Ireland at Punchestown.

Good luck if you following us today, we will have a lucky 15 and a daily double as usual. We started an instagram account last night and would appreciate a follow if you have an account yourself. Its a useful tool to post celebrity tweets, photos from the paddock as well as hints of who we are backing in big meetings such as VOW in the Oaks on Friday.

About getyourtipsout

We were created just 5 months ago on a Wednesday afternoon on 4th May 2011 but our idea and reasoning behind GYTO goes back a lot further! We have always had a keen passion for sport, specifically football and horse racing. Originally GYTO was created to spread news of profitable bets through retweeting or mentioning individuals. Almost a funnel echoing key ongoings in the sporting, social and gambling world. However, it progressed rapidly and after developing a few significant sources in the sporting world we began to tweet their selections that they occasionally offered combined with our extensive knowledge resulted in a superb strike rate gaining us huge recognition especially across twitter. We now offer horse racing selections every day of the week that is updated daily. We are always involved in some way or another in any big sporting occasion and will always offer our views and opinions. Everything we do is FREE of charge and is to help our followers to create a profit from any stake they wish to risk on our selections. This blog is used to update our daily level stakes profit & loss so the results are clear for everyone to see.
